At TEENIE ENHANCMENTS, We go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter to the moment they leave our clinic. BOOKING FEE

A 50% booking fee is required to secure your aesthetics booking with the exception of Vitamin B12. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

24 HOURS

24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend your appointment. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment date, No Refunds

Please note that if you fail to turn up to your appointment, arrive more than 15 minutes late (classed as a no show) or give less than 24 HOURS you will need to pay a new booking fee for any future appointments as the original fee will be payment for the missed appointment, any appointments that haven't needed booking fees but have been missed or cancelled less than 24 hours before will incur a 50% fee.

GIFT VOUCHERS

1. Vouchers can be used as part or full payment for treatments/procedures available at Teenie Enhancements only. 

2. Any remaining balance on your voucher will be reissued to you as a new voucher with the original expiry date applicable.

3. We reserve the right not to accept vouchers that have or appear to have been forged, damaged, defaced or otherwise tampered with.

4. Appointments are subject to availability.

5. If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of a voucher, the difference can be made up with a credit card or cash payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.

6. The voucher recipient cannot request a cash refund for the gift voucher at any time. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash 

7. Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

8. Vouchers expire 6 months after date of purchase and the remaining balance will be deducted.

9. Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any special promotions or to purchase a discounted treatment.

10. Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent.

COVID

Please do not attend your appointment if you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or are suffering from ongoing symptoms from a previous infection.

​

ACE

ACE group guidelines state that you should not undergo aesthetic procedures within 2 weeks of your planned vaccination date or within 3 weeks of having received it.

UNDER 18

We do not offer any treatments or consultations to anyone under the age of 18. excluding beauty treatments

CHILDREN OR PLUS ONES ATTENDING

Please do not bring children or plus ones with you to your appointment they will not be allowed into the clinic.
